Backing up the iPhone backup from iTunes

Hey pals!

I'm looking forward to make a fresh install of the Leopard or Snow Leopard on my MB403LL/A.

I already have my iPhone's backup on iTunes. I just want to know how to make the backup of this data to restore after formatting.

Just copy the file found there to somewhere safe.
