Backing up to a server in Leopard.

So i am trying to Do a backup over our network to a SMB formatted server, so far my options for doing so are very limited (SuperDuper)

Does anybody else have any idea how to do this?

I have been reading that you can type this puppy

defaults write com.apple.systempreferences TMShowUnsupportedNetworkVolumes 1


Into terminal and it will show Your network drives. But people have been saying its risky.

So . Any thoughts? Ideas? fixes?
