Hi everyone,

Am a Mac n00b here so just wana ask if i were to change the hdd and if i were to use time machine to backup the old hdd to my new hdd, would the bootcamp partition and all the files in windows be backed up too?

No, well at least for my Time Machine restore, bootcamp didn't re-partition. You'll have to partition and reinstall what you need/want.
 
You'll have to come up with your own provisions for Windows backup. The integrated client works ok. I have pretty complex storage network that handles that for me, but a simple external drive with an equally sized Windows partition will do.
