I am hoping to get a new iPhone, since mine is losing reponsiveness on the lower part of the screen, and my question is if when i get a new phone will the web app shortcuts on my homescreen be backed up along with the other info like notes and settings?

yep, it all gets backed up... just do a sync right before u take it back and you'll be good to go

Yah, i've had good experiences with them, but I am also taking in my macbook powercord which began sparking and melting away rubber which is now exposing wires, so I hope i can go 2 for 2 with my exchanging.
