Hey guys,

Last week my rMBP's monitor got replaced at the apple store because the coating was chipping at the edges. The new screen looks fine. However, I do notice some backlight bleeding. I'm not sure how severe this is, but I feel that a 1500 euro machine should do better.

Should I go back and request another screen, or leave it like this?

Thanks a lot guys 🙂

I am not a very picky guy, but backlight problems are something that drive me nuts. I would be taking it back.

I've made an appointment at the genius bar for tomorrow, ugh keeping my fingers crossed for a good functioning screen this time!
