Just about everyone will have some backlight bleeding issues but many wont notice it unless they specifically look for it. Under normal use its rarely noticeable, but some units have alot of bleed and you will notice it when using dark backgrounds or viewing movies. Theres nothing wrong with a little backlight bleed but if it annoys you just exchange it for another unit.
