i literally bought my macbook pro 6 hours ago and it already has a problem:mad:

so i opened it up and turned it on and no screen came up...after a minute i realised the screen was very very dark but still there waiting to be set up...i managed to squint my way through that and restarted my computer but that didn't help....i can see the screen faintly but my backlight clearly doesn't work....is there anything i can do?

Glad you got that solved, Apple is so good with replacing their defective machines!
