Clearly the common denominator here is everyone with the exception of one person (so far) had an order done through Premier.

And I am probably the one person and I ordered through the small business line; but my firm does have a premier account as well that I manage

Got the email with my fedex tracking number this morning... doesn't work yet though... I'd guess that means my iP4 will be here on Thursday.

I got my order in at 9:10am on AT&T... I was told by someone that ATT had just started taking orders at 9? true?
 
they're screwing their premier customers.. Maybe because we get a discount? Conspiracy theory...

For my own sanity I am sticking to the theory that the premier/small biz are being "next day shipped" and our status will magically appear on Wednesday. Heres to hoping!! I have to say this thread is keeping me busy!! LOL

Has anyone called Premier about this? It's a joke if we don't get our phones even though in many cases we were among the first to order.

"Premier" customers get their phones last? What kind of benefit is that?

honestly, they don't know..the CS has said
1) Dont worry about backordered you'll get them on the 24th
2) We'll ship them to you on the 24th so you get it on the 25th or later
3) I dont know
4) Seems like we ran out
5) You'll just have to wait and see
 
This method of giving names is much better and easier to manage then the way I had it before with cutting and pasting; thanks for posting
 
If nothing changes tomorrow, I think I might draft a letter and attach this list to AT&T and possibly Apple, just for the heck of it

how can we complain but effectively? bbb?

Not sure if we have grounds to complain yet; but since we are all premier members, IMO we should be getting "Premier treatment"; I am thinking of drafting a letter but will wait till we have more basis
 
just out of curiosity, did anyone try calling premier and checking your status that way? i'm backordered as per this thread. i called Premier via 866-499-8008 and my automated status is "your order has been processed and will be shipped shortly".

not trying to hijack this though! just thought people might like to check that way.
