Backup and Restoring a Passkey before and after a Factory Reset?

I managed to setup a Passkey on my Google account after I signed in to my iCloud account and I can see it saved.

In case I need to Reset my phone to factory settings, will the Google Passkey entry appear again as shown in the image or I need to sign in again to my Apple iCloud account and then I need to re-sync it again and then after that it should be re-added under the Password settings?

Please explain the process.

Most likely I do not need a whole reset unless I’m selling the iPhone.

Bare with me here, and sorry for the dumb questions. Passkeys are new so it might take me a while to get used to it. I’m just testing this.
