backup before install question

I am currently running OS 10.4.11. I just bought leopard and I am planning on doing a clean install.

Currently I am using "Backup" from my .mac account. I have also transferred all my apps over to my external HD as well as just about any important document I could think of.

I have the Backup program set to backup my Ilife, Itunes, Home, and Settings.

So my question: When I update to Leopard will the Backup program be able to restore my data?
