Hi folks, I'm facing an issue since two days to backup my ihpone 6s. When it comes to ending the backup, I always have a popup message "Backup couldn't be finished because iPhone was disconnected". Everything was ok, phone connected and on, pc on, nobody touched the cable nothing! I repeated this action several times, I always get the message. I turned off and on the iPhone, the PC, iTunes, everything, still the same message!!!! any help?
