Backup Everything But Photos in iTunes

Hello, as stated on the title, my friend wanted me to transfer all the saved data in the LINE app(from Naver) but she has 21 GB of photos on her iPhone 5 so it would really be a pain to backup everything. So I am trying to backup all the apps but not the photos. I've tried iTools but the data refuses to show in the LINE app on her iPhone 6 Plus. Can anyone give me any suggestions? Thanks!
