Backup files and how import back to OSX

Hey guys!

Here's my case, my OSX partition die! no safe boot, no recovery mode, no terminal access on boot, I tried many other ways to fixit or recover my files with no success, so I have a boot camp partition with windows and voilà! I can copy all the files from users, apps and more.
So here's the question I have all of this files and folders, how I can restore back everything again, at least the user's and app's in a new fresh install of mavericks?
