Backup iLife '09 Disk & Sell?

Would it be a bad idea to copy the contents of my iLife '09 disk to another disk to backup, so that I could sell my real copy of iLife '09?

In other words would it still work if I copied it to another disk, if I ever needed to reinstall it? Or is there special copy prevention or something?

Still pirating since the user agreement is using it with only one computer. If you installed it then sell it to another person, it means this product is being used on more than one machine.
