Backup (iMac, MacBooks, iPhones, iPad) and Cloud Services

What is the easiest way to accomplish the following:

1. Time Machine backups of an iMac and two MacBook Pros
2. Complete backups of five iPhones and two iPads
3. Discontinue Dropbox but have a comparable Cloud service for important documents
4. Backup sensitive documents (taxes, insurance policies, titles, etc...)
5. Automatically share and backup pictures to a common album, e.g., I would like pictures that my wife and I take with our iPhones to automatically download to a common album
6. Redundancy

I currently have a 3TB Time Capsule as well.

I was thinking of a Synology NAS but how would I go about setting everything up?
