backup ipad 2's data and app?

I have been searching on google and on this site but haven't seen anything definitive.

I have 4.3.0 ipad 2 and want to try JB. However, I want to make sure I can have all the data and application which I currently have after JB. How do you go about doing this?

Looking for something like titanium backup for droid which preserves everything.(including app's data/record and what not).

Too late but u don't need any backups. you don't loose your data. there is no restore involved
