Is there a way to backup only the reading list and bookmarks from the iPhone, to restore after resetting the phone?

I have never really used the reading list but I would assume that it would sync with iCloud just like the bookmarks do.
I only want to restore the bookmarks/reading list, though. Not everything that gets backed up.
