I used to have a mac at home but since I work as an outsourcer I was forced to change to PC. Recently I received an iPod and I found out that a good way to backup my music and videos to iTunes or to my new PC is by using a software called CopyTrans www.copytrans.net , which imports everything you have on your iPod (playlists, counts, ratings) in the same order you have'em. :)
Well, I think this is a good tip for those of us who have to work with Windows. :D
Bye.
