Backup Now - gone?

I noticed backup now under iCloud, storage is now gone. It's there under iOS 7. Is it a bug or will it be back? My backup says incomplete so I wanted to force one and there is no way to do that.

It is there on mine but not in the storage section. Settings > iCloud > backup
