I use OpenOffice for a few things such as invoices, letterheads, and a couple spreadsheets. I have these saved in OpenOffice as Templates.

I purchased another Mac and I would like to be able to transfer these Templates over to the new Mac. Is there a file or folder that I can save and transfer that contains the Templates and maybe settings and stuff like that?

Looks like that is all stored as part of your OpenOffice user profile. You can just move the whole profile to the new machine. this post will show you how to find your profile on a Mac (toward the bottom).
