Contrary to what the very helpful guy in the Apple store told me, Time Machine is not supported with the Airport Extreme. I couldn't get it to work even with AppleCare trying to help. It's obviously faster to backup directly to a connected drive so here's my question: Can someone suggest some good pocket drives to use as a backup? Maybe 80-100GB? Thanks.

Western Digital my passport drives are small and pretty good. u can also build your own by getting an enclosure and drive

ya, the only wireless time machine backup that apple supports is the time capsule ... which is pretty stupid IMO.
I'm pretty sure its only that way to make you want to buy up.

Typical apple logic, release new product instead of upgrading older one

Or they don't want to support customer Time Machine issues when it's their Airport Extreme paired with one of 300 different brand/spec/quality external drives that they know nothing about.
