Hello,

I have recently restored my iphone to a previous state using icloud backup.

I think in the past couple of years I have used someone elses user id and password to obtain an app.

Now, everytime my phone automatically backups in the background when im at home using wifi, im prompted with a user's email address, asking for the password,

I cant for the life of me, remember who the person is, or even what the app is ? as it doesn't specify what the app is...

is their a way of finding out, so I can delete / remove this app from my phone,

Many thanks,

Stuart

Look at each individual app and see if you can locate it in your main accounts's purchase history on iTunes. If it's not there, you'll know.

thankyou for your reponse,

unfortunately I have 400 app purchases for the last 6years of IOS usage :(

an the majority of them i no longer have on my phone now in any case,

so eliminating which apps i don't have my phone anymore wouldn't work ...

appreciate the advice though :)

But you don't have to look at all 400 apps, just check whats on your phone is on the list, whichever isn't is the one you need to delete.
