If I go to settings/icloud/storage and backup,
icloud back up is grey and won't let me toggle to on.
Assume this is intentional for beta?
Did this happen for iOS 6 beta?
I'm afraid to attempt a itunes HD back up.
A) Don't know if it will work
B) It usually overwrites your last backup, opposed to an incremental.
Is it possible that since it's new software, it would create "new" ?
I'm too afraid to try, as if it "over writes" then for some reason it's not compatible or you have to downgrade, you're screwed.
Anyone else notice this yet?
Lastly, if you can't icloud back up, what happens what the master version comes out?
A) If it lets you just update, then you can back up, no issue
B) If it requires a full software restore, and you can't backup, would it force you to restore a backup from prior to the beta release, which at that time could be 3 months old?
