Backup program which one for this example?

I have a iMac duo and a MBP duo. One of the biggest problems I face is keeping my photos, music, & documents synced between the two.

Is there a backup program out there that I could install on both machines and would check to see if any of the folders have changed and update them as necessary?

the reason I ask my music is over 60 gigs now with itunes videos and my photos are approaching around 6 gigs, so that takes forever over a G network.

thanks.

I use an network share to hold our iPhoto library so both my wife and I can access it at anytime from our respective laptops. Only caveat is performance is a tad slower and only one of us can have the library open at one time.

Rsync should be able to handle what you need, there are a bunch of different guis out there right now. Google for them.
