Backup Question

When I switched from MobileMe to iCloud, I noticed that I lost all of my stocks in the stock app. I didn't know, but I guess I had setup stocks to backup to MobileMe. About iCloud backup on the iPhone, does iCloud also backup:
-Stock information
-Notes that are local on the phone
