Backup restore stuck at "less than 1 minute". Help?

For about 10 minutes now my backup (from iTunes, not iCloud) has been stuck at the less than 1 minute stage.

I made 2 backups yesterday as i was erasing all content in order to take to the Apple store for an issue.

Came to restore to one of the backups today & it said corrupt, so i tried the other & i'm now stuck at this stage. My phone just says Restore in progress & iTunes is no longer moving.

Help?
