Backup Slow Motion and Live Photos from iPhone to PC?

Please, let me know how backup slow motion videos shot by iPhone to PC with windows.

The same is also Live Photos. I have Windows 10 and have not prepaid iCloud. Is there any way to backup these files (ideally to cloud: Onedrive / Dropbox) in elegant form with views without aditional adjustment?



Both feature I like, but I do not know how to works with them beyond the iPhone.
