Is anyone able to backup an external thunderbolt drive connected to their IMAC (in my case I have a Pegasus R6 drive) using Zipcloud? For some reason that I can't figure out why I don't get the option to pay extra for backup up a large external drive. If you are backing up a large external drive there is an additional charge of $80/year. Technical support is working on it but they don't know either. I get some kind of message asking me whether I want to connect by USB or network when I first start the backup process but USB isn't recognized. Any help would be appreciated.
