Backup through bootcamp

    The osx side of my hard drive is corrupted and I need to extract some
    Important files through the program macdrive in botcamp. Is there anyway I could make a carbon copy of my hard drive through bootcamp? Any help
    Is appreciated.

    Why not just boot off the OS X DVD and reinstall?
