Backup transfer?

I am going to the apple store to get a new iphone today, I have backed up all my information though the itunes snyc and created a back up file. I was wondering if I can restore the backup file of my old phone on to the new I will be reciving today?

Yes. When you plug your new iPhone into iTunes for the first time it will ask if you want to set up as a new phone or restore from a previous back up. I'm guessing you will know what to do from there. 🙂

ok thanks, do you know if this will port my email accounts and vpn setting?

It will restore everything. It will be like you never got a new phone.
