Backup

I already searched for this one, and couldn't find anything 🙁

I'm trying to install XP on my Mac, because I have to use programs only available for Windows, and will do it through Bootcamp. It first says that I need to make a backup, and my question, as dumb as it is, is that, how the hell do I make a backup?? 😕😕

Please, forgive my ignorance, and help me

I've always used Time Machine. Not that I've had a problem with data loss from installing another operating system.

Yes and Time Machine will even format it properly if necessary.

The drive is more than likely not formatted to HFS+.

nope
