Bad app Icons

anyone ever had any problem with their app icons being messed up ?
as you can see, the columns game and the abc match game icons are messed up at the top. i tried deleting and re downloading the apps, but no luck.

havent had them look like that, but some of my apps display the picture for other apps lol

ok i followed some of the advice from here.

i deleted the apps off of my phone thru itunes syncing, just uncheck the box, synced, then rechecked the box and reinstalled the app. it worked. but it seems alot of people are having this problem.
