Got my Macbook Pro i7 back from Apple today. First thing I notice is that the lid is uneven on one side. Second, I also have a small knick on the lid. (extremely small but none the less.) This is outrageous. This is there store you would think they would know how to treat their products perfectly. What should I do?

Happened to me too with my white macbook, the trackpad was mushy. Luckily i had checked it out in the car. I just brought it back in the store and they fixed it the next day, no big deal.

I didn't notice till I took it home. I was in a rush. Its my birthday today and I had a party. I just ran in there picked it up and ran out. I'll go back and complain.

If (in the US) you buy a Macbook and it has a fault.. is there no 14 day return on it? I mean an exchange with another one.. not a refund with 15% restocking fee.

It was brought in for a repair. I didn't just buy it. Its 4 months old.
