iPhone 13 Pro Max Bad cel reception 13 Pro Max?

I’m on 15.4 on my 13 pro max. Is it just me or is the cell reception on this phone/ firmware not very good? I had a 12 pro max until late march of this year. Then bought this 13 pro max with 15.4 installed. And I feel like this 13 pro max has a minor reception?

I’ve been disappointed in my 13 pro max, specifically with the 5G speeds with T-Mobile. I have a free Samsung a32 and it consistently gets faster speeds than my iPhone 13 pro max. Both on 5G UC.
