I own a brand new iPhone 13 Pro. Anyone noticed the drop in sound quality when doing a phone call trough the speakers ? I used to have an iPhone X and the sound quality in phone calls was way better and louder. But, if I listen some music trough the Music app, Youtube, etc. trough the speakers, the sound is better than with the iPhone X. Bad calibration or iOS 15 bug ?

Sound on my iphone 13 pro max is definitely much better (deeper bass, more dynamic range) than my iPhone X. Maybe a bad speaker?
Oh, only phone calls? I just tested it by calling my office’s voice mail, and it sounds fine over the speaker. Maybe a bad connection?
Mine sounds okay, better than the echo I had on my 12 Pro, maybe a carrier thing or a bad line at the other end?
I'm having the exact same problem being on speakerphone during a phone call only. My bottom speaker crackles a little.
I am very disappointed with my iphone 13 pro, same problem as you. The sound quality is so awful through speakers, which makes long conversations difficult. I did not have this problem on my other iphone 11 pro.
