I just upgraded the RAM in my new 13" MBP (mid-2012) with a Corsair 2 x 8GB kit (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233265). I've since been getting kernel panics and have run multiple memtests--all failed. Is there a known issue with this RAM?

If anyone has experience with this RAM on the new MBP, do you know if there are known issues with this Corsair model, or is this perhaps due to a bad module? In other words, am I better off exchange the RAM with NewEgg or trying a different brand? If this Corsair model is indeed a known loser, any recommendation for a model that's known to work well?

I would first take the ram out and put it back in. Make sure it seated properly.
