Bad recption...issue with jailbreak or hardware?

Hi there!

I am having trouble with reception on my iphone. I am not sure if it is a hardware or a jailbreak issue. I just re-jailbroke it with greenpoision. Any advice?

it's hardware and or carrier reception. If you really want to test it restore the ios back to orginal and compare.

How do I do that? Do I have to update the entire phone to the new iOS?
