Hi everyone. Hope you're well.
it seems like this scenario* has happened more often since the 9.2 and 9.3 updates.
*Scenario:
I miss a phone call. On my home screen, the phone app icon displays the red bubble with the number 1 in it.
I open up the phone app, tap on the "recent" tab and view the missed call. I then tap a different tab at the bottom just to make sure the phone app truly senses that I've gone into the "recents" tab.
I then either minimize the app, or swipe up and close it out altogether.
Usually, up until recently, the phone app's badge would disappear
Now, it's not...it doesn't matter if I close the app, load it back up, go to all the different tabs in the Phone app, drill into the missed call's details, etc. the little red bubble with the number one is still there.
The only things I've found to clear it:
1. Restart my phone
Or
2. Make a phone call
This also has happened numerous times with FaceTime.
Is anyone else experiencing this more often recently? This used to happen to me every once in a blue moon in iOS 7/8...but it happens at least once a week now.
Thanks for any input.
