Badly rendered dialogue boxes??

I've just got a new MBP running 10.5.2 and have noticed that all dialogue boxes have slightly darker grey around all the words. Not something I notice anywhere else.

Anyone else have this?

That's odd...I don't really see anything odd about them. Is there a very very very slight grey box around the aqua bubbles? If not, I can't see anything.
