Band ordered with Watch has now disappeared from the store, did I get the band?

This is quite interesting, I chose my series 7 with a Cyprus sport band and checked out a few minutes after preorders began. I got a email confirming everything including the band I chose.

After i checked the store after a few hours, the band I ordered appeared as unavailable and then disappeared from both the studio and the store app.

I liked the colour more of the band as it’s slightly darker than Clover, is it just because the bands were cleared from the warehouse after I did my order? I am guessing because I got my order in and confirmed for delivery end of October that I am okay and won’t have it cancelled due the band now unavaliable?

I think they were 44mm so probably left over stock, glad I was able to get the band I wanted before it completely sold out for good

I would assume the pre-orders sold out of stock but if you got confirmation, you will get the proper color.

Yeah I got the confirmation email 2 minutes after orders opened

I ordered my watch with a charcoal braided solo loop and also got an extra one in a different size. Will the band that comes with the watch be the same version that I bought separately (even if it was listed as 44mm and not 45mm)? I know older bands will fit but I am wondering if there are any design differences between the two especially because the charcoal bands are no longer available on the apple store.

I don’t think there are any design changes with the bands, it will literally just be that the band has 44mm on it rather than 45mm. I think it’s just because Apple cant keep manufacturing loads of band types and colours but can sell off any that are left over.

On the bright side, it sounds like your watch pre-order wasn't canceled so you're still getting that? Just make sure they let you select another band or refund you the band cost so you can pick one out.

The older solo loop bands were very low in stock for weeks. Many sizes were sold out before the pre-order date. I made sure to buy a few of them two days before pre-order started because I had a feeling they would sell out very quickly at pre-order day.
