Bands for the U3

Can you share some pics of the two?

Ok, took a few pics of the black & slate Link Bracelets. Some on the watch, some side by side etc. Apologies for quality or dust, didn't want to spend too much time and should have cleaned them a bit better, but I tried to get different light on them to show how that affects the colours. In some lights the slate matched best, in others the black did. I finally decided on the slate.

I think UAG, Aulumu and Spigen have good bands. I had a Nomad about a year ago and returned it, didn't like the feel. Other than that though, I usually stick to the 46mm Sport Loops or Nike Sport Loops that Apple have. I think they feel the best. I have the trail loop that came with the watch and sort of mix it into a lineup I have on my AWU2. To me cloth-like bands feel the best on my skin....

Nomad bands

I replaced the Magma Rocky Point four times, but finally I found a good one. Nomad has a big problem with their quality recently and their bands are definitely not worth the money.

How did you get the date in the bottom right of the wayfinder face on your Ultra 3? Can't seem to manage on mine.

It's in the Calendar complication list. Calendar > Today's Date

I had considered getting either the Milanese band or the Apple link bracelet for my natural titanium U3. I wasn't happy with the colour of either, they just don't match the watch case very well. I'm glad I held off, because I have now found a titanium bracelet from Robust that matches the colour of the watch 100% exactly.

I wanted the orange strap look and didn't fancy the Apple pricing of it's bands, and of course you can only get ones off of eBay these days. So I went with this one, and have found it robust and super comfortable (better than the Apple Ocean Band).

On my old Ultra 2 and now my Ultra 3 i've been using Nomad bands since they released the Rocky Point band, i now have 2 of them and i also have the Rugged band and also the Tempo band.
