I am uploading my 40k+ photos to iCloud Photo Library. After 24 hours about 8k photos have been uploaded some. I just did a speed test and my download speed is 1.1 Mbps and my up is similar.
We have 28/5 for our usual speeds. I know that that doesn't sound great but it is Uverse and we have fiber optic to our door. Our neighborhood was built with this Uverse system in mind so we should have that speed with 8 devices going. We have had speed issues though so I'm trying to figure out if uploading pics should be ruining our speed so much. We only have one other HD TV on right now using regular cable programming.
