Okay, so about 2 months ago I bought a pair of Bang and Olufsen earphones (the ones in my signature) from the Apple store. I love them and have taken extremely good care of them and have not exposed them to anything that could be dangerous to them. But yesterday, I go to use them and notice that the rubber covering the wire has come undone, leaving the wires exposed. They still work, but I am afraid that the wires will soon break or cause the earpiece to stop working. They have a 2 year warranty, but I'm not sure who/where to go to to get a new pair/deal with this situation. I'd really appreciate some help with this and would like to know if I'll be able to get them replaced under warranty. I did nothing that would cause them to break, but I'm not sure the people I talk with will agree. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!! Thanks in advance:)!!:(

i would head to a B&O store near you or an authorized dealer for B&O and have them take a look .. most cases they will replace it

Does the Apple store count as a retailer? I know they aren't covered by the apple product warranty, but is there anything they can do? I will search for my nearest B&O store. They should have one somewhere in Los Angeles.
