Hi, maybe technically complicated question, but would it be possible to create a user account that would not use any networking capabilities, and thus removing/keep-from-running all associated processes? I'm thinking about making some single-purpose machines for audio from used Macs. I assume this would get into the nitty gritty underlying system architecture stuff, so even a point in the right direction would be appreciated.

Thanks!

well if you don't want network you could just unplug it? :D
in regards to the processes, I have no idea, but I'm sure someone else will.

The best bet is to use Parental Controls/WorkgroupManager/MCX to lock the account to only being able to use a selected set of applications. From your hard-to-understand question this would probably do what you want done.
