Received my new 12.9" yesterday. I had the original 12.9" and had the Smart Case on it, but I always felt as though the beauty of the iPad itself was hidden and weighed down by the case.

This time I decided I'll just use it caseless with a sleeve for carrying around. (Actually ended up getting the Macbook/Macbook Air 13" sleeve which fits it great)!

But now I am questioning my decision - you can see all of those greasy fingerprints on the beautiful space grey back, and I'm wondering now how I'm going to use it on a planes and trains (8-9 times a year) to watch movies, etc, with no "stand" like the Smart Folio offers.

How many of you are going case-less for the new Pros? Do you find not having a stand is a downside for you? I considered buying the Smart Folio (not keyboard) for when traveling, but it seems like an added expense to not use all the time.

I, too, like the most naked feel possible, but want the ability to easily have a stand/cover when I need it.

I found this cover on Amazon that is totally magnetically attached to the iPad...very easy to remove the whole thing when you want naked, but front/back protection and built-in stand for watching videos.

Smart Folio for traveling and when i am at my desk. When i move the iPad between my rooms at home i will go naked and not use the Smart Folio.
