Bartender 4 icon spacing

Running Bartender 4.0.18 and macOS 11.0.1.

Anybody notice the huge difference in menu bar icon spacing running Bartender 4 compared to 3? Before I fire off some feedback, is this a limitation of Big Sur?

That spacing is horrible! What were they thinking?!

The spacing is an Apple change, and it was much worse in the earlier betas too.

I ended up tidying up my menu bar. I had a few redundant icons that were covered in the new control centre (of which I don't mind the style).

Actually, I hadn't noticed until you pointed it out. I typically only have 5 icons displayed in my menu bar - everything else is hidden. The biggest change to me it the addition of the control center and the widget screen... Of course, I'm on a 27" iMac, so there is plenty of space to be used...
