I was reading the system requirements for final cut studio 3 and it says that it is not compatible with integrated intel graphics cards. If I bought the base model 15" macbook pro will I not even be able to install it?

That model will work fine. It is talking about the older MacBooks, which used Intel GMA950s and GMA3100s.

Final Cut Studio requirements:

ATI or NVIDIA graphics processor (integrated Intel graphics processors not supported)

MacBook Pro specifications:

All models: NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics processor with 256MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory

Every macbook and macbook pro that is on sale right now can install final cut.

They will most probably be supported, as even the GMA series could run Final Cut Pro, but not Motion or Color.
