Base Model Macbook Pro

    I was reading the system requirements for final cut studio 3 and it says that it is not compatible with integrated intel graphics cards. If I bought the base model 15" macbook pro will I not even be able to install it?

    That model will work fine. It is talking about the older MacBooks, which used Intel GMA950s and GMA3100s.

    Every macbook and macbook pro that is on sale right now can install final cut.

    Wonder what'll happen with the new low end MBPs if they use the Arrandale integrated graphics....

    They will most probably be supported, as even the GMA series could run Final Cut Pro, but not Motion or Color.
