Base storage on M3 macs

Do you think Apple will increase the base storage on M3 macs to 512 from 256 GB? And do you think Apple will discount the additional storage tiers (1/2 TB)? (The current price to go from 512 to 2 TB is $600)

As others said: no. And for two products, the iMac and the Mac Mini (no Pro), the product is presented as a value proposition. That is, the price is supposed to be low enough on the sticker to attract a wide audience. Sure, by the time one orders the upgrades the price is not low, but the big printed number on the sticker in the store is what matters for marketing.
