Hello everyone,

I am a college student, taking "Intro to Programming Logic with Language", and the language we use as our Pseudocode is BASIC.

In classroom, we use the windows compiler QBASIC, and I was wondering if there's a similar compiler for Mac OS X.

I use TextMate for my Java snippets and like it quite a lot, I tried looking for a BASIC bundle with no luck.

Does anybody know of a good compiler, or if there's a bundle for TextMate?
Thank you.

Wow, BASIC? Weird. The only BASIC that people regularly use ont he Mac is RealBASIC, as far as I know. I really have seen very little BASIC being used in at least 10 years, I'm surprised they are still teaching classes with it. If you don't want to spring for REALbasic, your best bets are probably Chipmunk BASIC or Yabasic.
